In 1997 Richey/Zink began a new division: Millwork. We converted our 15,000 square foot warehouse into a full service millwork shop. Our shop specializes in manufacturing both plastic laminate and wood finish casework.

Our fully equipped facility is configured in a Triangular Manufacturing Cell beginning with the vertical panel saw, edge-bander, and CNC machining center. The machines are configured so parts can be moved quickly and easily from one station to the next.  The shop is also equipped with its own finishing room for painting and staining before material is delivered to the job site. This manufacturing technique gets orders delivered on time to our clients.
